Markie Post (born March 29, 1961) is an American actor best known for her role as Christine Sullivan, a public defense attorney on NBCs Night Court. Terri Michaels, a bail bondwoman in ABCs television show The Fall Guy. Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman plays the role in CBSs Hearts Afire. In addition to acting, she also has experience in game show. She was raised with two sisters and her brothers at Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard Post. Post's wife who is a poet, Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her high school of choice. It was where she played cheerleader. After a brief stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. The previous marriage she had was to Stephen Knox. Since 1982 she has been married to writer/actor Michael A. Ross with whom they have two children. Post has a positive influence on Hollywood as both a fantastic actor and an outstanding mother and wife. The first credits for Post's career include the pilot for the Barnaby-Jones show in 1981, Simon & Simon: Details at Eleven, which aired in season 1 episode two of The Greatest American Hero and episodes of The A-Team. In 1983 she played different characters as The Only Church in Town and Hot Styles in 1984. She was Diane Chambers' best friend in the ABC sitcom Cheers and Buck Rogers, in which she played Diane's closest friend.
