Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on the 28th of October 1967, in Atlanta. She is the fourth Roberts generation living in Atlanta that began with her great-grandfather who was a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. At an early age, her father became interested in theater. He was a part of his Emory University campus in 1952 and also in other productions throughout Atlanta. In 1953, he joined the Air Force. While stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he appeared in productions with Betty Lou Bredemus. They married in 1955. Their baby son Eric Anthony, was born in 1956. Walter and wife resigned from the military in the year 1957 after which they began enrolment with Walter to Tulane University. Walter started his work at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou produced a Saturday early morning television program specifically for children named Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964, and they were paid. They founded an Actors and Writers Workshop in that same year. It was in operation for six years. During this time they had two more kids Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965, and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
